Attracting talented, new co-workers with the right set of skills and qualifications is a rising challenge for many companies worldwide. Building more diverse workplaces also remains a challenge, with women making up only 20 % of the workforce in the Norwegian Games Industry

Noneda and Women in Games Norway aim to take on both these challenges with a seminar on improving recruitment practices aimed specifically at attracting more women to your companies. We seek to gather executives and others responsible for hiring practices at games companies in Norway for an exciting day of talks.

The seminar and the networking dinner is free and open to all Norwegian Games companies. The event is made possible with grants from Innovation Norway and partnerships with Virke and NFI.

After the seminar (from 14.30), NFI will present their new talent development programme “UP 3.0” aimed at female games developers. This event is open to everyone.
