Retention Seminar on May 3rd in Oslo!

The Norwegian videogames industry is among the world leaders when it comes to the proportion of female employees and managers in games companies, but we have a ways to go before we can say that the industry is just as good at recruiting and retaining women as men. In collaboration with Women in Games Norway, Noneda is therefore organizing a Retention seminar and networking meeting the 3rd of May at Sentralen in Oslo, where we will go deeper into a number of these issues.

How do we get more women and minorities to stay in the industry? What can we do when a situation takes place in a company, and how do we build a more inclusive company culture?
